9M (but I think it runs slightly large because I wear a 9.5 and they fit me). 3 1/2 inch heel with a 3/4 inch platform. The fabric is comfortable and stretchy and does not rub. I think I have only worn them once, but you can barely tell, the sole looks new. Great comfortable sandal.
