It is lined. Very good conditions. It says Size 44 Italian, which is a 4-6 American, however it wears like a 2-4 American. Please look at the under the armpits measurements in photos: I am a 34b chest but, unfortunately, I could not zip it up. Hence, I cannot wear it-just bought from The Real Real.
