European Style Curtain Valance Handmade Waterfall Swag Valance Vintage 74” wide

Well crafted waterfall swag/valance made out of silk fabric with lining and weights at the bottom to hold it’s shape. You will need a wood board with the velcro bottom part to attach this valance to (the velcro top part is already sewn to the valance). Two L-brakets are included. 74” wide The valance is in good condition, it may need dry cleaning for a full satisfaction.
