Express modal blend crossover shirred shoulder top

Feminine and soft dark gray / washed black modal blend crossover top. Has a curved front hemline and shirring details on shoulders and front side. Has a nice significant weight to it - the entire body of the top is double layered fabric which makes it lay nicely on the body. One tiny snag on the left sleeve (see last 2 pics). See pics for measurements. This is so soft it almost feels like suede to me! I happily answer questions prior to purchase!
