Super cute black & white gingham jacket with sailor buttons! Could also be worn as a dress. There’s even a layer of crinoline on the lower half to give it extra oomph! It’s NWT, but I noticed yellowing on the belt in various areas (see pics). There are no imperfections on the jacket itself. You could try soaking the belt in oxi-clean or you could add your own black belt or sash.
