FRYE “Victoria” Cut Short suede ankle boots in color: elephant

These pre-loved Frye boots are in great condition! Gorgeous blue/grey color with cut out details. There’s no size on the boots, but inside measures 10” long. Outside measures 9” from heel to toe. I am an 8 1/2 and my foot length size from my big toe is 10”, and they don’t fit. I safely believe they would fit a size 7. Possibly a 7 1/2.
