Fiestaware 1950s Chartreuse Tea Cup & Saucer Vintage RARE

Vintage Fiestaware two piece cup and saucer in the original chartreuse. The saucer in this set has a defect on the rim. It’s not a chip, but more of a rub where the glaze was either rubbed off, or a miss at the factory. The cup has factory bubbles on the ring handle, as shown in the closeup. It’s not uncommon to find minor defects in vintage pieces. The vintage Chartreuse was produced by Homer Laughlin for their Fiesta line from 1951 through 1959. My favorite color of all the vintage Fiesta is this original chartreuse. It’s a much lighter softer hue than the more modern chartreuse. I also like the vintage tea cups. They’re not as heavy as the more modern pieces, and feel nice in the hand. The last photo is showing the cup and saucer with my matching sugar bowl, which is not part of the sale.
