Fila brand - Fila Sport skort (skirt with shorts). Color is black with 2" pink elastic waistband. Skirt part is flowy and has a pattern to the material. Great for tennis or just out and about. Like new condition. I measure across front waist 15 3/4" and waist to hem 15"
