Flowy lightweight cotton navy top with a floral pattern 32” long Section at waist front and back of blouse can be gathered in and tied at waist loosely or more open 36” wide adding in butterfly type sleeves with ruffle Looks great with a tank top under over skinny jeans Worn once. Tag was scratchy so I removed it. I think this was a “one size fits all” top Very pretty on
