Floral Smocked Waist Boho Dress

This cute boho dress is a mystery! It is new and never worn but There are no tags of any kind on this dress - no size, brand, or care tag. See measurements below This dress has a floral pattern on it with a red background and yellow and black flowers dotted on it. The V-neck front has a tie at the top that can be left open if you prefer The sleeves are sheer with elastic near the wrist for a flare at the end. Dress is lined It has a smocked waist and at the shoulders Laying flat armpit to armpit measures approximately 18” but can vary a little depending on how you tie the top of the neck The waist measures approximately 26 1/2” around - measured at the very top of the smocking - and stretches to about 36” comfortably. Length from the top of the shoulder down is approximately 34” There are no holes or stains and this piece is from a smoke free home!
