Reposhing this item I purchased from @abbyrose_95. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Super cute, little, red, ruffled bubble dress from Forever 21! Zipper on the side. It no longer has the internal straps to hang it. Measurements (taken laying flat) are approximately: 14 1/4” pit to pit (with stretch) 14” across waist (with stretch) 25” in length, measured down the front center I’m 5’1”, and it hits me about mid-thigh. Material has a nice sheen to it. Shell is 60% polyester, 40% nylon. Lining is 100% polyester. 😘 Please feel free to ask any questions!

emmafa @marilpena Hi! It’s approximately 25” measured down the front center. Shell is 60% polyester / 40% nylon, and the lining is 100% polyester. I’ve updated the description & added more photos to show closeups of the material. Thank you for asking! I hope this helps.
