Forever 21 S S/P P low sparkly dress black & gray

What a pretty dress! Top part is gray with a scoop neck that is embellished with attached sparkly beads. So cute!! It has an elastic waist with a fabric tie in the back for a great fit. The bottom is darker gray and nice and flowy. This is Preloved but I’m good shape. The beads are all in place. It is very short. I wore it as a top with shirt under it. Cute! Smoke free pet free home.
