DETAILS: This gorgeous organza & crepe ethereal maxi dress is perfect for weddings, formals, festivals, or just a day in! The upper has a spaghetti strap halter cut neck, with an open strappy back. The waist and back straps have raw fringed ribbon accents. The long skirt has layers of viscose and organza to give the lower volume and weight.
