You can wear it alone if you’re feeling saucy or layer a t—shirt underneath the plunging neckline and backless style. Get the perfect fit with the adjustable ties. When lying flat, the dress measures approximately 14.5 inches across bust and 17.5 inches across the waist without stretching out, but both parts are extremely stretchy. The slip underneath measures approximately 21 inches across and the outer empire waist layer is approximately 32 inches lying flat (not stretchy and fully extended).
