stacyrella @dresdendrew laying flat, the 28 measures about 15.5 inches at the waist, 19 inches at the hips, 11 inches from top to bottom along the side seam, the front rise is 11.5 inches, the back rise is 14.5 inches, and the inseam is about 2.5 inches. I hope this helps!

stacyrella @amberjane11 laying flat, the waist is about 15 inches across the top, the hips are about 19 inches, the length on the side seam is just below 11 inches, the inseam is 2 inches and the front rise 11 inches, and back rise is 14 inches. I hope this helps!
