Free People fit and flare floral dress / tunic top. V- neck with flared skirt in blue tones. Deep keyhole button closure back and sleeveless. Bottom of V in front has small pull that does not affect the wear and because of the busyness of the pattern not majorly noticeable. Price reflects this. (See last photo). C11
