Girl’s “Speechless Kids” dress size 14

Girl’s “Speechless Kids” dress size 14 (burgundy color). It is new with tags. It cost $89 with tax and I’m asking $35. I had bought it for my daughter to wear in my sister’s wedding but when I brought it home it didn’t fit. The mall was an hour and a half away so I didn’t return it.
