Girls mayoral velvet dress

Adorable blue / gray velvet dress with silver elastic waist. So beautiful, brand new with tags just never fit my daughter in the right season. I do feel like there are a couple marks on the front where the velvet may have been stored, but this has never been worn. Other kids items to bundle with.
