This dress was bought for a vacation and ended up not using it so it is new but no tags. Size medium and has stretch to it. It does run small for a medium, in my opinion, but stretches to zip shut. Can also be cinched tighter with the snaps at the waist. NWOT. Size Medium. See photos for measurements.
