carmen_jones @kimk1971 hi armpit to armpit it’s approx 19”, the waist is approx 17” stretched out . The dress has a “slip” underneath that is stretchy but the dress itself is lightweight and kind of sheer but no stretch. Hope this helps

carmen_jones @kimk1971 hi it looks the same laying flat without the belt because of the gathering at the waist. I had to stretch it out myself to measure it
