Gorham GALLERY BIRDS Bisque Porcelain Robin Bird Music Box Vintage 1960s & 1970s

ROBIN – GALLERY BIRDS by GORHAM with Music Box Vintage 1960s & 1970s hand-painted bisque porcelain from The Gift World of GORHAM - excellent, clean condition with the original sticker - Made in Japan. It is a discontinued piece in Gorham’s Gallery Birds collection. No marks or cracks. However, as can be seen in the photos, one-half of a leaf (just under the bird’s beak) has broken off and it is taped to the bottom. I chose to let the buyer repair it, if desired. It is 5-7/8 inches high and 5 inches wide at the base. The music box plays “Lara’s Theme” (the love theme from the movie “Dr. Zhivago”) and it plays well.
