Green Dyed Silk Scarf Hand stitched and shibori dyed silk scarf in green with a diamond stitch pattern. Makes a perfect gift! 7.5” wide 50” long Note: the stitched shibori process involves stitching the fabric and tightening the stitches before dyeing, then removing the thread after dyeing. This leaves behind small holes in the fabric from the needle and thread. These holes are not flaws, rather a natural result of the hand dyeing process. Hand dyed by me using artist grade acid reactive dyes. These are quality, lightfast dyes that bond to the fabric for lasting color. Some fading is normal with wash and wear as with any natural fiber clothing so hand washing with a gentle laundry soap is recommended.
