A stunning sparkling 4 carat hand cut heart shaped genuine emerald green topaz is surrounded by .30 carats of genuine diamonds and dropped from an 18” chain. It is from the Azotic gemstone collection of luxury designer genuine gemstones. The pendant is about 1/2 inch in size and stunning in the way it sparkles and glitters. The gems are set in 18K gold sterling vermeil as is the chain with a lobster claw clasp. Vintage but never worn. Arrives in a gift box ready for giving.
