Green and Yellow Checkered Sweater

I bought this at a vintage shop in Nantucket (not a thrift shop) called Rainbow Fleet. It feels handknit - not machine. There's no brand but there's a label that says Nantucket rose garden attached. It's very soft and not itchy (i’m very sensitive to itchiness). Tiny bit of discoloration I bought it with (see last pic)
