Hello. Sorry for the delay. I updated picture with the sole of the shoes. I bought them at Saks Fifth Ave a while ago so they are absolutely authentic. Heel high 4" (100mm). The original box have some codes, hope it helps.

@natbhamp I'm size 7.5 or 8 for the most of my shoes. Mostly 8 in high heels. The size 8 for this particular shoe is a good fit for me.
