H&M Palm Print Off the Shoulder Dress

This adorable palm-print dress with a wide enough elasticized neckline that allows you to wear it either off-the-shoulder or on, and it's versatile enough to go from brunch to the beach to a night out. Its comfortable, almost gauzy fabric breathes in hot weather but also layers well under a long cardigan with booties--or over a bikini with flip flops, or a belt and some sexy fringey sandals for date night.
