katharinepf @tiffanyybutler The few times I wore them they were fine but after a few hours they did hurt my feet but that's because I bought them too small lol. I fell in love with them and was determined to make them work so I bought them a size too small. But if you're a 7 I don't think you'll have a problem.

katharinepf @bethann614 So sorry! I overlooked your comment and just saw it. The instep is about 9.5" long (tough to measure but that's pretty accurate) The Platform is 1.5" at it's highest point and the heel is 5". Hope that helps!
