Halloween Black and Red fiber optic Skull Decor with Top Hat

Unique skull decor featuring a black top hat with a red band. Perfect for Halloween or gothic-themed settings. Does work , HOWEVER does not include the adaptor. Had to borrow an adapter from other fiber optic piece. You Will need to get your own adapter - the black square box in last pic. Hat gem has been glued back on, see pics.
