custom ordered Abby Cadabby Seasame Street dress or Halloween costume that I bought for my daughter. she wore it once for Halloween and I had her try it on once briefly to see if it still fit. she wears a 5t now and it's a little short on her, but it easily fits a size 2T, 3T, or 4T. It is made with a stretchy material around the bust and the skirt is made up of light blue and lavender tulle. she did not need to wear a petticoat with it because it was made with plenty of tulle. it wears similar to a halter top and ties around the neck with a light blue satin ribbon which is roughly 1.25" in width. the tulle measures 12"-13" in length and the corset is 5"-6" from top to bottom and 7" from side to side, unstretched, while lying flat.
