Handmade Poncho Handkerchief Skirt Psychedelic 60s Mod Southwest Print Bold XXS

This is either a poncho or a handkerchief skirt, or maybe both? It has a zig zag hem at the waist (neck?) and closes on the left side with a zipper. The black trim has pom poms dangling from it, and the man textile is a bold pink, orange, blue, green, purple, and black print. Some of the pictures have a blue tint, but the first few pictures show the true colors of the print. Waist/neck: 24.5" Length to bottom point: 32" Across (point to point): 39" Material: Feels like a woven cotton, and doesn't stretch. Condition: Excellent. No flaws found.
