Heel higher than 2.5 inches

As you can see in the pic the heel is 3.75" tall. You can see it compared to my hand too. I'd have to have very tiny hands if the heel was 2.5 inches . And the platform is almost 1.5 inches so the heel is definitly much taller. No way you could have measured

mercedez907 I've learned that when someone asks me for a measurement I simply take a picture of the item while I measure it (just as you have). It leaves room for NO confusion. Buyer can see exactly how it was measured. I'd be disappointed too if I were you.
