Helen Wang Black Floral Ruffle Silk Miniskirt, Size 4. Vintage from the early 2000s. In excellent condition - only one small picked spot on silk as shown. Elastic waist - it looks like there are thread issues in the waist but that’s just how it was sewn - likely by hand. Very high quality! Silk skirt with polyester lining.

Waist: 29” relaxed / 34” stretched
Length: 16.25”
