secondlovedco @dmgriffith99 Hi there! I appreciate you going my live show! For the future, all you have to do is share your item to my bundle or tag my on one of your items and I’ll add it to the tray. Then when it is your turn, you can auction your item ❤️

dmgriffith99 @secondlovedco thanks for the response. so if I Tag you on my item I just say for live auction or something like that? when you do the auction how do I auction it off? never done this before & am quite confused on the process but definitely would like to try it out. are you saying I have control over the auction of my item once you present it during your live auction? how does that work with the bids or setting a bottom line price or even accepting an offer? sorry for so many questions.

secondlovedco @dmgriffith99 You set the price at a comfortable price that you would be ok with selling at. If someone likes the item/price, they will bid. The sales work the same. Whoever is the final bidder is the person you send the item to. It’s like a normal sale.

secondlovedco @dmgriffith99 No your listing price stays the same. If your item is unsold it returns to the price it was pre-auction.

secondlovedco @dmgriffith99 Example: I sold a new leather crossbody bag for $51. I had it listed for $120 but I started the bid at $3 to give people plenty of chances for bidding. You can set the price for whatever you like for starting bid.

bertiesnest I am in desperate need of help! And Posh is not coming thru for me. I sent 2 packages out, but I switched the labels. secondlovedco @bertiesnest Hello Bertie! Have you contacted Posh via email? You can also message posh via the message section on your sale and escalate the issue so PM Support will step in and take appropriate action. What Poshmark will probably do is email each buyer the appropriate label so they can switch packages. Or, they can return the packages to you and you can resend packages with correct label.

secondlovedco @kk5882 I contacted seller on your behalf to see what went wrong. I do know on the first two trays I did not specify a start price so it was at sellers discretion. I lost so much money the other day on a pair of new Tory Burch heels but I sent them anyways. I always preach to honor the bids and never cancel on buyers for low bids. I’m very sorry. I can’t stop people from doing it unfortunately.

secondlovedco @kk5882 Ty. It being my live show should not be the issue. I am merely the person who tries to get people sales. I spend hours and hours of my time devoted to getting others sales. These kind of things have made me re-think doing share shows. The drama and hassle makes things unbearable. Situations like this make it uncomfortable for me to be caught in the middle of. I’m glad it is getting worked out though.

christine2649 Hannah, I’m sorry to bother you. I’ve been up working through a problem, with ocposher. I use Pa*Pal as payment method and a major glitch tonight. She accused me of pulling my card & asked you to block me. I always pay & I tried to explain & she blocked me saying she didn’t have time for payment issues. I’m working on Pa*Pal end. I tried to send a direct payment to her but I’m blocked. She’s so rude on my public Meet the Posher. i want you to know the payment issue directly.

I wish there had been a peaceful resolution that would have benefited both parties, but it looks like this situation got out of hand. I apologize that I cannot offer more help on this issue; unfortunately it’s something out of my control.

secondlovedco I will say that failed payments/cancellations happen almost every time I do a share show and it is frustrating for the sellers. Unfortunately 75% of the failed payments occur because the buyers are pulling their payment form on purpose before the show ends. This is probably what this seller assumed about this situation. I think people mistakenly assume that the share host can fix these types of problems, when we are powerless.

christine2649 @secondlovedco I just wanted you to know that I didn’t pull my card and I would never do that. I don’t want you to think I don’t pay or to think ill of me in any way. The bracelet I’m referring to is the one you asked me to rerun because the gray glitched and it sold to me for like $9. I agreed it could be rerun, but the original sale to me is still sitting. I’ll contact the seller and work through her. Thank you for the advice.

secondlovedco @christine2649 I believe the seller of the bracelet was zmurphy. If you send her a message on the sale, I’m sure she will remember and cancel the order on the bracelet for you. As far as the failed payment goes, these things happen. I definitely know that in some cases it’s not the buyers fault, as with this case. Glitches happen. What I don’t like to see is the hostility that ensued as a result of an unavoidable hiccup in Poshmark’s payment system.

christine2649 @secondlovedco I absolutely agree with you. I will contact zmurphy and I did ask Poshmark for help with the other glitch issue. I’m not here for drama or anything like that. I was taken aback at the accusation that I pulled my card and in the same comment calling me out to you when I hadn’t had a chance to explain the glitch. It’s better to just let it rest and resolve as it will now. Again, I’m sorry it became a tumbleweed.

juliasfinds Hi, You told me to send a bundle last nite and you'd add it later to the tray. Just looked at the start time of your show tonight and I work for 4 hours during that if you're going to go past midnight then I can join but I'm not done until 9:00 p.m. my time and I start at 5:00 which is when you start your show at 8:00. Please let me know if I should still send a bundle or preload to your show Sunday?

secondlovedco @nearlynewmood ❤️ I’ll still be going live 4-5 times a month. Working on starting my new brick and mortar business in our downtown. Scheduled to open in the spring. So I’m scrambling to get all ducks in order and saving everything I can for opening costs (inventory, fixtures, furnishings, rent, etc). 100% of all my sales will be going towards opening costs.
