House of Harlow red wax seal cuff

So I bought this when they first came out and then I never used it but somehow it’s got all these tiny little scratches which possibly can be polished off I just don’t know how. Anyhow I paid slot of money for it but the price reflects the flaws. Thanks for stopping by.
