This skirt is so fun to wear! 3 layers of folded tulle on top of a black liner. Full and gorgeous. Black with pink and red floral designs. Elastic waist at back as well as a zipper side closure. This skirt is in like new condition, save the inside tag which is loose on one side. Otherwise it’s perfect. Size large.
