Beautiful sheer ruffle floral blouse by IRO (style is July). Size 36 (French sizing), basically a US 4. Delicate spatter floral pattern. So many details: smocked waist and wrists, cut-outs on back shoulders, ruffle at top, trim along upper sleeves, peplum-style bottom, and bell sleeves. Perfect with jeans. Very spring! Great pre-owned condition, still includes the spare button.
