dazzlingapparel @maydee3 The waist measures 13.5 inches across lying flat. The inseam on the inner shirt is 1.5 inches. The length from the waist to the hem is 12 inches in the front and just under 13 inches in the rear. There is a zipper at the back for easy dress.
