Issi tan lacy dress

Floor length lacy dress with underlayer and waist tie and racerback back. I did notice a little loose thread near the waist tie (as pictured) and in the back of the dress a few small holes in the lace (see last picture) Would make a great Instagram dress or a stroll on the beach. Some measurements: Top of shoulder to bottom of dress is 60inches Top of shoulder to end of underlayer is 31 inches
