J. Crew Factory pencil skirt in dark navy/black and white striped, size 2. Only worn a few times and care tag was followed (dry clean only). No flaws with the exception of some loose stitching near the vent of the skirt (see photos). Well made and of great quality! Sits slightly above the waist and has a back zipper and back vent at the bottom of the skirt. It is also has a white liner. Perfect staple to transition seasons! Very cute with booties or flats.
