Long sweetheart strapless silk gown. Plisse or micropleat silk chiffon over solid lining. Pleating and wrap affect at boned bustier/bodice. Looks more navy blue in person. I found two tears on the bottom of the chiffon, near the hem, one longer tear and one small one while photographing (both shown in close ups) last year.
