jct215ok I wear 28 in j crew jeans too and size 4 @ J Jill and WHBM jeans but they would have to be really big in the hips because I measured all my other pjs hips and they are bigger . I also have to wear 100 % cotton as I sleep so hot . 🤷‍♀️

dianerroy I am a size 28 in j crew jeans as well. And a 6 in other jeans. These pj bottoms fit well-the medium would be too big for me. I have these and they don't shrink much at all. I think the M would be too big for you but it's up to you. The M would fit more like a size 30 jean in my opinion. I tried them on when they had them in the store and very roomy and too big.
