@shannon_mcinnis Hello! As for stains, I found no stains when photographing (I photograph all items under bright photography lights). As for tears, I found none as well. As for how much it is worn, it is not brand new. The only possible negative I can say about it is that there is a little puffy, fuzziness in the fibers of the jacket that show it has been worn (kind if like how sweaters get after they have been worn a few times).
