Jack Bryan Vintage Chiffon Blue Beaded Dress

Has one little stain on the arm i have only steamed this dress so you could probably clean it with spot remover. no tears. the arms are see through and it also has sequins on the cuffs and the shoulders. this also has shoulder pads. the belt can be tied anyway you like. there is no tag for size so please pay attention to measurements. i did look up standard american sizing and its about a small to a medium. chest: 17 1/2 in waist: 13 1/2 in arms: 23 in length: 47 in
