Jason Wu Target Canvas Tote with Cat & Red Bow Motif

Never used. I purchased this secondhand and NWT. Upon receipt I noticed a light rust colored area near the bottom of the bag on the side. I tried to clean it but I inadvertently caused the rust colored to spread. If you have Oxy Clean I think it would come out. This is a nice spacious tote accented with a black patent textile that holds the straps in place. There are 4 metal feet on the bottom.
