Jean Paul Gaultier for Target Black/White Halter Eyelet Dress Black and white eyelet and lace daisy dress with high waist, deep V neckline, and tulle underskirt. Hits at knee. Can be dressed up or down. Size 5/ XS/S. Has snaps to keep the halter up while you tie it and to keep it from falling down. (ties at neck, length adjustable). Plunging neckline. Zipper is jammed but I just slipped into the dress as-is. Tulle under skirt gives it lots of body.
