Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipstick NIB “Gated Community”

Velour note:  All my jeffree star velour are current and recent purchases and not expired. The velour product is notorious for getting rather dry inside the tube, but this is no indication of an older product. There are tips on the internet to revive the formula: Insert tube into a mug of hot water for several minutes and shake vigorously. If that doesnt work add a drop or two of glycerin to the tube and repeat the prior step. The glycerin will not change the formula.
