Jeffrey Campbell red patent leather ankle boots

The most perfect cherry red patent leather ankle boots in the best red! These boots are in perfect condition except for the one blemish on the left toe, please see in pic. It's a scuff mark. I bought at a high end couture close out boutique and they do not fit, I'm a true 8 these are 7.5. Besides the blemish they are in perfect condition. I am pretty certain if you took the right red nail polish to the blemish you could cover it up. These are the perfect red, and I"m so bummed they do not fit because these are hard to find!
