The sleeves and upper back are sheer. The slightly puffy sleeves are elbow length and have an elastic hem. The front is pleated. Elastic waist. Hidden back zip below the keyhole; hook an eye at the neck. Tiered skirt. A belt is not included with the dress but there are loops if you would like to add one. Chest: 16.5" Sleeve: 16.5" Waist: 12.5" - 17" Hips: 21" Length: 35" Chest measurement is taken armpit to armpit. Sleeve measurement is taken shoulder to sleeve hem. Waist measurement is taken at the smallest point and then again when stretched. Length measurement is taken shoulder to bottom hem. Measurements are approximate.
