It is in good vintage condition with minimal wear as shown in photos. The actual measurements follows: Shoulder 16in Chest or Bust 40in Cardigan Length 26in Arms Length 24in Hips-Hem 40in Based on the above measurement, this will fit nicely to chest measurement of 34-38 inches, however if left unbuttoned this beautiful vest expands to a bigger or comfortable size.
