EUC Plus size 22W petite Black Sheer Blouse by Karin Stevens Very flowy, very sheer. Has string ties in the front and back of blouse Has a fitted bust area with pleats. Love the flower pattern in fabric. Reminds me of a spirograph. Has shoulder pads!!! Could be vintage, but cannot say for certain. Too short for me but ADORABLE PTP 25" LENGTH 25.5" approximately No visible rips, stains or damage.
